回(hui)用(yong)性能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)驗和檢(jian)(jian)測。在(zai)懷(huai)疑有銹蝕(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下對換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)及管(guan)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)厚進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha);清除老化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)件,根(gen)據不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污垢(gou),采用(yong)酸堿進(jin)行(xing)化(hua)學清洗,被清洗零部件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)不會受(shou)(shou)(shou)到(dao)化(hua)學介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)侵害(hai);還要(yao)著重檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)密(mi)封(feng)槽(cao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況,必(bi)(bi)要(yao)時進(jin)行(xing)修整;五是對于(yu)粘接(jie)(jie)式密(mi)封(feng)墊(dian)(dian),將徹底(di)清除殘留(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)質(zhi),使(shi)用(yong)調和式粘接(jie)(jie)膠重新(xin)粘接(jie)(jie),重新(xin)組合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)片(pian)組在(zai)專(zhuan)用(yong)夾具中夾緊,使(shi)粘接(jie)(jie)劑固化(hua),在(zai)保(bao)溫(wen)爐中加熱(re)(re)(re)保(bao)溫(wen),以(yi)達到(dao)粘接(jie)(jie)效果。如果沒有備用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)墊(dian)(dian),必(bi)(bi)須(xu)從整個板式換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)組中取下受(shou)(shou)(shou)損(sun)密(mi)封(feng)墊(dian)(dian)兩側(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)片(pian),然后對剩余散熱(re)(re)(re)片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)墊(dian)(dian)結合(he)面(mian)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)。必(bi)(bi)須(xu)嚴格按照使(shi)用(yong)說明書中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求安裝剩余的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)片(pian),為了保(bao)證(zheng)剩余的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應力以(yi)抵抗負載,必(bi)(bi)須(xu)將原(yuan)來(lai)各片(pian)允許承受(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應力乘(cheng)以(yi)原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)片(pian)數,所得的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積再(zai)除以(yi)當前剩余換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)片(pian)數,得到(dao)現(xian)在(zai)每(mei)個換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)片(pian)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)承受(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)組裝應力數值。
換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器板片(pian)(pian)拆開前,應(ying)(ying)丈量(liang)板束(shu)的(de)(de)壓(ya)緊(jin)長度(du)尺度(du),做好記錄(重裝時(shi)應(ying)(ying)按此(ci)尺度(du)). b.密封墊(dian)片(pian)(pian)若粘在兩板片(pian)(pian)間的(de)(de)溝槽(cao)(cao)內,此(ci)刻需(xu)用螺絲刀(dao)小心腸將(jiang)其(qi)分隔,螺絲刀(dao)應(ying)(ying)先(xian)從易剝開的(de)(de)部(bu)位插(cha)入,然后沿其(qi)周邊進行別離,切不可損壞換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器板片(pian)(pian)和(he)密封墊(dian)片(pian)(pian) 替換(huan)(huan)新(xin)密封墊(dian)片(pian)(pian)時(shi),需(xu)要用丙酮或(huo)其(qi)他酮類有(you)(you)機溶劑,將(jiang)密封墊(dian)片(pian)(pian)溝槽(cao)(cao)擦(ca)凈(jing).再(zai)用毛刷將(jiang)合成(cheng)樹脂粘接劑均勻涂在溝槽(cao)(cao)里..查(cha)看(kan)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器板片(pian)(pian)是否(fou)有(you)(you)穿孔,一般用5倍的(de)(de)放大鏡(jing),有(you)(you)時(shi)也可用燈(deng)火(huo)或(huo)火(huo)油(you)滲透法等逐片(pian)(pian)查(cha)看(kan).e.假如(ru)發現介(jie)質出入口短管(guan)及通道有(you)(you)雜物(wu)堆(dui)積(ji),則闡明(ming)過濾器失效,應(ying)(ying)及時(shi)清洗(xi).
