波紋管即臥式容積式換熱器分為S型與H型。S型臥罐提供汽水換熱用,H型臥罐提供水水換熱用。臥式容積式換熱器性能特點:1.換熱量大。H型“新臥罐、水一水換熱時新疆最好板式換熱器,換熱量為同型“標準臥罐”的2倍以上,S型“新臥罐”汽一水換熱時,換熱量為同型“標準臥罐”的1.2倍。2.熱媒溫降大。汽水換熱時,凝結水出水溫度約50℃,回水管上不需設疏水器,給使用維修帶來方便,板式換熱器廠家水一水換(huan)熱時(shi),熱媒(mei)溫降為同(tong)型“標準臥罐(guan)”的(de)(de)2?2.5倍,120?150℃的(de)(de)高溫熱水換(huan)熱后(hou)可降70?75℃。3.H型“新臥罐(guan)”適用于(yu)水一水換(huan)熱,亦可用于(yu)汽一水換(huan)熱。4.換(huan)熱效果好,散(san)熱損失少,節能。同(tong)時(shi),以蒸(zheng)汽為熱媒(mei)時(shi),能回收約(yue)占整個換(huan)熱量的(de)(de)15%的(de)(de)凝結水熱量。
