熱(re)(re)容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)一種新型(xing)高(gao)效(xiao)換(huan)熱(re)(re)設備(bei),它集波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)和容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的有限(xian)于一體,采用(yong)薄壁不(bu)銹鋼波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)作(zuo)為換(huan)熱(re)(re)元件。由于波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)獨特的波(bo)(bo)形(xing),實(shi)現了(le)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)外充分湍流,打破(po)了(le)邊界層,降(jiang)低了(le)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁熱(re)(re)阻,提高(gao)了(le)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)的給熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)。波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)即熱(re)(re)容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)在(zai)(zai)溫(wen)差應(ying)力的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)在(zai)(zai)軸向(xiang)存在(zai)(zai)伸縮變形(xing),使管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁不(bu)宜結垢(gou)(gou),即使結垢(gou)(gou),也會由于管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的伸縮而脫落。因此,該系(xi)列容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)具有如下(xia)特點:1、換(huan)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率高(gao)。2、防垢(gou)(gou)、除垢(gou)(gou)能力強(qiang)。3、儲水(shui)(shui)量大,出(chu)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)度恒定。4、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)能力是(shi)其他(ta)容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的3-5倍。5、體積(ji)小,占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)小,可節省(sheng)占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)30%-80%。波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)即熱(re)(re)容(rong)積(ji)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)分為立(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)與臥式(shi)(shi)(shi)兩種系(xi)列,按照熱(re)(re)源介(jie)質分為汽水(shui)(shui)型(xing)與水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)型(xing)。
